As a Business Assurance Manager at T-Mobile, you will play a key role in building sustainable processes to achieve both tactical and strategic objectives. You will support the Sr. Manager in conceptualizing and analyzing financial opportunities while creating a control environment to improve margin and mitigate future risk of revenue loss or excess cost. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of specific T-Mobile product areas, building cross-functional relationships, and enhancing departmental capabilities. Job Responsibilities: Support Director and Senior Managers in the definition and execution of department's strategies and objectives. Responsible for BA aspects of one or more TMO products/services and BA capabilities (audits/tools/processes). Develop expertise with TMO products and offerings. Responsible for BA participation in Enterprise projects through feasibility to project/product implementation and post launch validation. Lead and/or support audit/control development, configuration, validation, operations, discrepancy review, return on investment creation, and reporting are efficiently run to meet requirements, timelines, and budgets as defined by BA leadership. Process improvements and new opportunities are identified and prioritized by working collaboratively with business partners. Education: Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or similar (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years Progressive experience, Direct experience in planning and managing projects. 2-4 years Experience working with business partners and executives. Experience in a telecom industry preferred. Working knowledge of enterprise database, reporting, and server software. Strong understanding of internal controls. 2-4 years Related revenue risk experience in SME or leadership position. 2-4 years Experience of leading programs or people, references validating success with enterprise wide strategic and innovative business casing. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
