The Business Analysis Manager for T-Mobile Fiber is responsible for evaluating market opportunities by gathering, consolidating, and analyzing data from various internal and external sources. With expertise in the fiber broadband industry, they use complex Excel modeling to assess market viability and provide strategic recommendations. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, strategy, and legal teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. Strong communication skills are essential, as findings must be effectively presented through visual storytelling in PowerPoint for leadership and key stakeholders. Additionally, the Business Analysis Manager will support general analytics and research for prospective fiber partners while helping to develop standardized reporting structures to streamline market evaluations. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Market Evaluation & Analysis - Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from internal and external sources to assess the viability of new market opportunities for T-Mobile Fiber. Financial & Data Modeling - Utilize complex Excel modeling to interpret market dynamics, evaluate potential investments, and develop strategic recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, operations, strategy, and legal teams to ensure alignment on market expansion decisions and business strategies. Data Visualization & Reporting - Effectively present findings and insights through visual storytelling in PowerPoint for leadership and key stakeholders. Research & Partner Support - Conduct general analytics and research to evaluate prospective fiber partners while contributing to standardized reporting structures that streamline market assessments. Other - completes various analytical projects as assigned. Ability to consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights. Proficiency in building complex financial and market evaluation models to support strategic decision-making. Strong ability to present findings visually through charts, graphs, and storytelling techniques for executive audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, strategy, and legal teams. Strong research skills to evaluate prospective fiber markets and partners, supporting data-driven business decisions. Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task. Self-starter with independent ability to meet deadlines with detail and effectiveness Ability to fully understand and resolve a variety of problems quickly and effectively Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience.
