Join Our Team! Exciting Accounts Receivable Position Available

Job Summary:

  • This position is part of a team supporting both internal departments and external clients, with a focus on accounts receivable.

  • Responsibilities include billing, cash application, payment research, daily cash reconciliation, resolving discrepancies, and generating journal entries.

  • Frequent collaboration with Customer Support and Accounting teams is required to address payment inquiries and resolve reconciliation issues.

Compensation and Location:

  • Pay: $25 - $30 per hour

  • Location: On-site in Bellevue, WA

  • Free parking available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and record cash transactions in the receivable system

  • Distribute invoices to customers

  • Process bank returns

  • Perform daily system reconciliations

  • Sort and manage incoming mail

  • Log checks received at the Corporate Office

  • Provide telephone support as needed

  • Complete other assigned tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong eagerness to learn

  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

  • Experience in loan servicing, accounts receivable, banking, or a similar field preferred

  • Proficient in PC operations and some experience with corporate systems

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
