In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our affiliate marketing initiatives, collaborating across teams to ensure the program's smooth execution and success. What You'll Do in Your Role Campaign Support: Assist in the implementation, tracking, and optimization of affiliate campaigns. Partner Coordination: Communicate with affiliate partners to support program needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely activation of campaigns. Performance Tracking: Manage reporting workflows and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Creative Collaboration: Work with internal teams to coordinate offer launches, creative previews, and approvals. Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot ad tags, trackers, and other technical elements to ensure seamless campaign execution. Process Improvement: Contribute to refining workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the affiliate program. The Experience You'll Bring Affiliate Knowledge: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Hands on experience with Enterprise-grade digital marketing platforms, ad servers, and dynamic creative tools. Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign or technical issues effectively. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams and with external partners. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
