Administrative Assistant This position will report to the Director of Facilities and Administration. This role will provide support to the executive assistants at TerraPower. It will also provide support for corporate activities and events, travel, and internal communications. This role will serve as an auditor to ensure documents, presentations, and communications disseminated from the executive level represent TerraPower in its most professional manner. The position will serve as a shared resource to the facilities and administration team. Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide support to Executive Assistants (EA) on the administrative team Manage the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Calendar Schedule Administrative Team In-services Provide backup and breaks for Access and Hospitality staff at the front desk Assist with managing corporate expense tracking and reconciliation. Assist in the managing of calendars, prioritizing and responding to internal and external requests for conferences and speaking engagements for the Executive Suite and special guests to TerraPower. Assist in creating reports in PowerPoint using charts and graphs. Editing/Proofreading Compliance Perform technical editing and proofreading of Documents and PowerPoints Proofread for use of proper trademarks, markings, and templates Proofread for errors and consistency in communications and presentations Support Executive Assistants in making sure presentations have gone through the Public Release Procedure Assist with prerequisites for adding department training to Learning Management System (LMS) Assist with updates to departmental organization charts Travel Support management of corporate travel services and programs Support travel logistics, including travel packets, group travel itineraries and background information on meeting participants Facilitate quarterly new employee travel training, including updating documents Communications Assist with internal communications Assist in supporting both in-person and hybrid meetings and events Key Qualifications and Skills 5 years C-level Administrative Support experience Highly skilled in using various video conference tools, such as Teams and WebEx High proficiency in oral and written communication High proficiency in Microsoft Word suite Proficient technical editing Grammatical editin
