VF Corporation Icebreaker: Store Manager - Bellevue Touchlab in Bellevue Touchlab, Washington
We are opening a brand new Icebreaker Store in the Bellevue Square in Bellevue December 2018 and we’re on the hunt for a brand new store team that can stop shoppers in their tracks.
We’re starting with you – our new Store Manager. We want you to lead the opening and ongoing leadership of this amazing, brand new retail space. You’ll start in November to get yourself and your team fully prepared and ready for opening day.Using your own retail networks and Icebreaker’s Talent Scout, you can select and build your own outstanding team. You’ll be working hard to establish the store with the support of our Head of Retail Irena and the Icebreaker support team in Vancouver.
Once the store is open you’ll be leading and motivating your team to crush their sales targets, coaching and mentoring on how to get stuff done the Icebreaker way as well as merchandising, managing stock and pushing forward with marketing initiatives to get your store on map.
To be successful in this role you will need:
A deep understanding of Washington retail market – how, where and why do people shop?
Business networks in Seattle – you know people who know people
Sound judgment and decision making skills – you’ve got this dialled
A natural ability to engage, persuade and motivate others – you’re the life and soul
Excellent relationship management and communication skills – you talk what you walk
A passion for fashion and a good eye for visual merchandising– you know how to work it
Effective stock management skills – you got clothes in different area codes
A great sense of humor and an ability to create fun – see above
