Job Title: Solar General Labor

Aerotek on behalf of its client are looking for skilled labors/Solar installers for a project based position in Auburn installing solar racking on a commercial job site.

Pay 25+ an hour dependent on experience

Start Dates slated for 10/8 and 10/15

Interview Requited and Pre Employment screening Required

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Solar General Laborer for a contract based position. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panels racking on a commercial job site. This is a contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar systems.

• Load and unload materials and equipment.

• Ensure work sites are clean and safe.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

• Support the team with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in construction or Solar is preferred.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable with Heights

• Can Pass pre employment screening

• Valid driver’s license.
