Process product with minimal supervision: *Alodine aluminum part s with defects per BAC5719 w/QA approval *Identify, inspect, clean, lubricate & install O-rings & back-ups per BAC5506 *Perform electrical bonding procedures per BAC5117 *Install safety devices (cotter pins, rivets & lock wire) per BAC5018 *Perform general sealing procedures per BAC5000 *Apply torque seal per BAC5001-6 *Inspect & install fittings, hoses & tubing per BAC5001-6, -7 & 10 *Effectively use the Boeing portal & REDARS (BACs & drawings) *Part mark & overcoat to aircraft parts per BAC5307 *Input & edit data entries into the part mark machines *Refinish parts per D6-5000 *Permaswage tubing & fittings per BAC5001-11 2. Meet safety and quality system requirements by the following established procedures including: *Using required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, aprons & hearing protection) *Following all safety instructions in the work area *Assure proper use of all equipment guards & safety switches are in place and functioning *Using correct tooling *Ensuring traceability requirements are met *Interpreted & properly documenting information on the Boeing "P" copy * "Pic" sheet *Meeting & documenting inspection requirements *QA torque witness & sealant application *Perform normal repair and maintenance of equipment used *Hazmat trained on handling & disposal of hazardous materials and/or waste 3. Process work within performance and delivery requirements (daily): *Meet established productivity standards' *Follow job priority requirements per supervisor's instructions *Communicate production delays and problems to appropriate supervision 4.
