TEKsystems Customer Bill Rate Specialist in Auburn, Washington
Description:
Provide rate quotes Internally and Externally
Assist customers (over the phone and via computer) regarding pricing in a polite and professional manner
Rate freight bills
Customer Service
Audit completed bills for accuracy
Analyze land costs
Provide written rate sheets to other departments and customers as needed
Maintain and distribute Tariffs with current and accurate information as requested
Other Customer Service responsibilities include (internal and external) but not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Researching problems
Special requests
Approving vendor invoices as needed
Assist coworkers and other departments as requested
Consistently follow all safety procedures
Prepare and provide corrections
Other duties as assigned
