Small & Sons Oil Dist. Co. has been doing business in Auburn, WA for over 60 years. Our company has grown into a corporation focused on people, relationships, flexibility, and diversity. Our family of brands and services has expanded from fuel and oil distribution to on-site fleet fueling systems, commercial truck and part sales, heavy/medium duty truck maintenance and repair as well as our Small Stop convenience stores providing fuel and food to customers throughout Washington and Oregon. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. This position reports directly to the Credit Manager and is on-site at our Auburn, WA location. Job responsibilities:

• Compile and sort necessary paperwork for pricing
• Monitor Bills of Lading (BOL) emails, enter, and post BOL's
• Perform BOL import and make any necessary corrections
• Process billing, pricing, or invoices from internal and external customers
• Assist and resolve billing related issues in a timely manner
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Perform counter sales write-ups and push batches
• All other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-key preferred
• Experience with Sage 100 preferred
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills required
• Customer Service skills preferred

Schedule:

This is a part time position which may lead to full-time. The hours worked per day and days worked per week to start are flexible (no weekends!) 20-25 hours per week

Salary: $21-$23 per hour (DOE)
