Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Auburn, Washington. The job function will primarily revolve around the poultry industry, within a traditional, on-site work environment. The role entails processing and maintaining customer credit records and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist in accounts payable (AP) invoice matching

• Input and manage financial information

• Send weekly customer statements

• Handle receipts and transfers

• Ensure proof of delivery for each transaction

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively to complete tasks

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CaseWare and Concur

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of accounting functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skills in auditing and bank reconciliations Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in CaseWare

• Experience with Concur

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with general Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven skills in Auditing

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
