  • Develop and maintain websites within modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging user interfaces.

  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, and front-end development.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving front-end design issues.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

  • Strong work ethic with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Client-need focused attention to detail, with good team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate design concepts into functional, responsive web experiences.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following CMS platforms: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Magento, etc
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Experience or training in design, development, or coding (formal education, boot camps, or self-taught with a strong portfolio).
  • Experience with using DIVI or Elementor is a plus.

This is an entry-level position with significant growth opportunities.

Our Culture

  • Work-life balance matters. We don't believe in "work hard, play hard" hype. Work hard. Go home. Come back. Repeat for success.
  • You'll rarely be asked to work more than an 8-hour day or 40-hour week.
  • We value creative problem-solving.
  • Honesty is our best policy. We own up to mistakes, and it's okay to say "I don't know" rather than fake it.
  • We encourage cross-disciplinary learning---helping developers become better designers and designers become better developers.
  • We're flexible with schedules when needed, in return for responsibility and follow-through.
