Cascade Surveying & Engineering Inc Civil Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) in Arlington, Washington
TOP PAY Plus bonus $$ Cascade Surveying & Engineering, Inc. is a respected firm specializing in land surveying, civil engineering and land use planning in Washington for over 50 years. We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) to join our team in Arlington, WA. Qualified individual be responsible for civil design elements including grading and drainage, storm water management, underground utilities, roads and other site related features. Must be able to communicate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, all government levels of regulatory agencies regarding engineering, permitting and site development issues. Perform site reviews and construction site visits. Individual will work together with team of surveyors, engineers and local jurisdictions in the preparation and submittal of land use and construction permit applications, boundary line adjustments surveys and short plats. Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training license
- Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d
- Mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and quality of results
- Good written and oral communication skills
- WA State Driver's License
