SUGIYO U S A INC Production Technician in ANACORTES, Washington

Production Technicians will operate and monitor hi-tech equipment and perform various manual tasks to prepare, process, and package surimi-based seafood products.  Production Technicians will also clean and sanitize equipment, stack products on pallets, use shovels and scoops to transfer material from bins to process units, conduct visual on-line monitoring for product and packaging integrity, size and color quality.  In addition, they access low and high machine areas for adjustment, assembly, dismantling, and sanitation, as well as maintain floors, bins, cutters, and utensils in a sanitary manner.

Required:

Must comply with Quality Control regulations for food plant, (i.e.) no jewelry, clean shaven, etc.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must maintain a high level of attendance. Accurately follows instructions and applies information - can work with minimal direction. Adjusts approach, when necessary, to adapt to varying situations, tasks, responsibilities and people. Knows and observes all standards of safe and proper operations and uses established systems and processes

Must possess a Washington State Driver License or the ability to obtain one

Uniforms and boots will be provided by the employer.

Day and Night shift available.

All shifts are Monday - Friday, some Saturdays may be necessary.

Overtime -- per business necessity.
