Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders and skid steers.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Participate in site preparation, including land clearing and material handling.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator.
- Knowledge of construction operations and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications a plus.
