Anacortes Food Coop General Manager in Anacortes, Washington
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of a grocery-related business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees and increasing sales and membership.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of Food Coop and report to board of directors
- Work with board of directors to develop policy and procedures
- Train and supervise employees, using collaborative principles
- Provide for a product mix that meets members' needs and mission of the Coop
Qualifications
- Management and Customer Service experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, open-minded
- Ability to work with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
- Strong communications skills
- Retail experience
