Express Employment Professionals Forklift Driver- Crafting Excellence with a Forklift in Anacortes, Washington
Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered with a leading seafood processing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers. With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, we are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in the efficient movement and handling of seafood products within the cold environment facility.
What you get to do:
- Operate gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices such as forklifts, booms, scoops, lift beams, swivel hooks, fork grapples, clamps, elevating platforms, or trailer hitches
- Move levers and press pedals to drive the truck and control the movement of lifting apparatus
- Position forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials, or hook tow trucks to trailer hitches, and transport the load to the designated area
- Unload and stack material by raising and lowering the lifting device.
- Take proper inventory of materials on the work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
- Weigh materials or products and record weights on tags, labels, or production schedules.
- Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
- Lubricate the truck, recharge batteries, fill the fuel tank, or replace liquefied gas tanks.

Pay: $18.00
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00AM -- 3:30PM
