The Kalispel Tribe of Indians is seeking a RV Resort Front Desk Administrator in preparation for the Tribe's new RV Resort, soon to be located next to Northern Quest Resort and Casino. Summary of Functions The Administrator is responsible for office management, bookkeeping, reports, scheduling and is responsible for the day to day leadership and communication of all front desk and concierge staff and RV resort events. The administrator will report directly to the RV Resort Manager. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, customer focused, possess great communication skills and be detail oriented. Responsibility includes office management, bookkeeping, direct management of front desk and concierge staff, and ensuring the highest level of service to guests and team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field preferred; Minimum of 3-5 years management experience; Knowledge of property management, hospitality, hotel, or RV resort management; Experience in bookkeeping, record keeping, and human resources; Customer service experience required; Must be personable, enjoy working with people, and have excellent customer service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills; Direct experience in an organizational development role strongly preferred; Must have a valid driver's license; Ability to pass a background check ; Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
