Mason Trucking Co., Inc. CDL Class A Truck Driver in Aberdeen, Washington

Mason Trucking Company is a local family oriented company based in Aberdeen Washington and delivering in Washington and Oregon. We are currently looking for a Class A CDL Driver with a Doubles Endorsement and preferably a TWIC Card. We are preferably looking for a candidate with experience in hauling lumber and dry vans to join our small but loyal hard working and driven team.Hours*40 Plus hours per week. Wages are paid hourly. All trucks have sleepers and we cannot guarantee that youwill be home everynight. Drivers can be out 1 - 5 nights per week. Drivers are home most weekends but may beasked to work aSaturday or Sunday for a dedicated haul that we have. All hours over 40 hours are paidovertime wages.Medical Insurance Benefits offered with an Employer Contribution towards them:*Medical*Dental*Vision*Life Insurance*Short-term disability*Long-term disabilityPlus other benefits:*Paid vacation*Paid holidays*Paid sick days and personal time*Simple IRA Retirement Plan with Employer MatchBonus Program: Signing Bonus $4,000 paid out in 4 increments * Payout $1000 at 30 days. * Payout $1000 at 60 days. * Payout $1000 at 90 days. * Payout $1000 at 120 days Job Purpose:* Transports and delivers product or material by operating a tractor/trailer.Duties:* Determines condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use; logging inspection; reporting requirements.* Ensures correct loading of vehicle by loading product or material; directing material handlers.* Delivers product or material to destination by identifying destination; selecting route; driving the vehicle.* Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment supplies* Maintains safe vehicle conditions and protects load by complying with organization policies and procedures and highway rules and regulations.* Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.* Maintains records by completing driver electroniclog; obtaining shipper and receiver authorizations; filling out proper paperwork.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Energetic, Deadline-Oriented, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Focus, Safety Management, Equipment Maintenance, Scheduling, Map Reading, Reporting SkillsWith application we need a copy of your CDL, current medical card,an up to date drivers' abstract, and copy of your TWIC card if available.
