We are looking to hire a Sexual Assault Advocate to join our nonprofit company. As part of our team, you will provide advocacy, education, and support to victims/survivors of sexual assault/abuse. Additionally, you will provide community and school education as directed. Our ideal candidate will work as part of a team to ensure the completion of agency projects, activities, and goals. The person in this position will support efforts to increase awareness in the community of sexual abuse/assault issues and establish support communities for survivors in rural areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program:
Work as part of a team with other program staff to assure completion of program projects and responsibilities
Prepare materials for advocacy, education, and prevention
Make community contacts to update resources
