If you are our Compensation Manager for the Region, you will have a chance to Promote the consistent and equitable use of compensation in the region Implement, communicate and administer regional compensation programs Job Architecture refreshes e.g. new job family roll-outs Annual Benchmarking Exercise including survey submissions, job matching, utilization of PayFactors online tool, etc Annual Salary Structures Review Salary review programs including budget forecasting, system testing, validation of eligibility requirements for salary, stock and bonus, regional insights etc. Short Term Incentive program changes and Non-Standard Bonus Plans e.g. Security Clearance analysis to support bonus plan Train, mentor and orient new Country TR to the global Compensation standards and practices System testing e.g. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Annual Review Cycle (ARC), PayFactors, Benchmarking Tools, etc Ad-hoc business requests requiring data analytics, review and recommendations such as pay range validations, market research relating to new hire skills requirements; supplemental pay, etc Ensure compensation proposals balance affordability and competitiveness, are aligned with business objectives, and meet all legal requirements Provide input regarding the development and implementation of global compensation policies, procedures and processes Partner successfully with various internal stakeholders across the company such as HR, Compliance, Legal, Finance etc. as well as external vendor partners in the delivery and support of compensation programs Partner successfully with Country TR leads regarding Local country compliance relating to mandatory increase programs (MINC) Eligibility for salary, stock and bonus Supplemental Pay Programs Provide analytical and consultative support on a variety of compensation projects and initiatives Contribute to, support, coordinate global projects such as ARC, M&A, training, communications Represent HP at external networking and survey events Lead and/or contribute to global programs Americas: Support country issues impacting the United States Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - minimum wage and exemption status EEO compliance review support H1B Visa data report requests from Fragomen (external immigration legal counsel) Hot skills labor market analysis College and Intern hiring guidelines Participate in College/Intern hiring survey Job architecture proposal (e.g., Sales Account Delivery Manager with 100:00 mix) Supplemental pay programs Grade profile review/updates using ERI tool Assign grade profiles for new HP owned or leased facilities, using CREWS listing (COMP31 - Location and Grade Profile Assignment report) AMS-wide country demographics reported on a monthly basis Custom ad-hoc reporting for projects (HRBI Compilation of data fields necessary in submitting data to external benchmarking surveys Base Bonus (VPB, PfR, sales commission, other) LTI Survey codes to HP job code matches Are you a high-performer?
