Description The Clinical Effectiveness department works with organizations within Providence Health Care (PHC) to assist in identifying innovative ways to further serve our patients, caregivers, core leaders and providers in a consistent manner. The Clinical Effectiveness department leads and/or facilitates the transformational processes of reducing costs, and improving quality in our continual goal of improving the total cost of healthcare. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, or clinical field Or equivalent educ/experience 3 years of years of experience in project management, healthcare administration, or clinical field -or- equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years of proven track record in managing multiple complex high profile projects simultaneously and driving towards successful results. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Upon hire: Certification in process optimization (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, CQIA, or other nationally recognized certification) 2 years of health care experience in an operational area Why Join Providence?
