Heery is seeking a talented Project Manager to serve as a third party Owner’s Representative in the Central Washington area.

The Project Manager will serve as the contact with the owner, contractor, architect, will manage the design / construction projects, supervise and coordinate activities of architects, contractors, consultants, and others as required per project.

Will also confirm compliance with bid documents, respond to requests for information, administer a change order process and approve payment.

Will manage project documentation and coordinate with owner, manage project budget including negotiation of change items, review baseline and schedule updates from contractor.

Job Requirements

5-10 years of project management experience in managing K-12 projects in both design and construction phase.

Strong client relationship skills.

Attention to details, especially related to construction phase quality assurance.

Solid skills in Microsoft office software and construction related software.

Bachelors degree preferred.

LEED, CCM, PMP or other credential preferred.

Washington contracting law experience and experience within K-12 or public agencies preferred.

Third party owner's representative experience preferred.
