Northwest Farm Credit Services Project Manager II or III in Spokane, Washington

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a Project Manager II or Project Manager III to join our Project Management department in Spokane, Washington (HQ). This full-time position reports to the Manager-Project Management and is primarily accountable for the overall planning, management and successful completion of simultaneous medium to large projects. Most projects include a technical implementation in support of organizational needs and require collaboration across multiple departments. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position is: Project Manager II $78,000 - $105,000 Project Manager III $92,000 - $115,000 Bonus at target is 6-15% of salary depending on experience level. Job Requirements Manage assigned projects to successful completion within scope, schedule and budget. When applicable, manage small programs by leading multiple projects and project teams within the program. Facilitate discussion with project stakeholders at all levels to ensure project and intended outcomes are clearly defined. Define project scope, budget, timelines and milestones required to meet business objectives. Organize and lead kickoff and status meetings, communicating clear objectives, providing meeting notes and tracking action items. Clearly communicate expectations and success criteria to team members, vendor partners, and other stakeholders. Identify requirements, manage project resources, and track activities to ensure deliverable completion; regularly reports on project status. Identify and actively manages project risks, develop contingency or mitigation plans, and facilitate resolutions to issues and other project conflicts as necessary. Ensure the project is completed in accordance with organization's project management methodologies and meet all program development controls. Lead development or organizational change management plan associated with the project, including design of new business processes, procedures, training and communication. Support user adoption by ensuring these activities are planned and completed. Coordinate with external vendors to develop and implement technical changes. Spend approximately 20% of time in a business analyst capacity to evaluate processes, develop solutions and requirements. Assist with continuous improvement of PMO processes and procedures and may assist with mentoring other project managers. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Generally requires at least four years' progressively complex experience in project management or similar role leading multiple medium to large projects. Proven success in working with aggressive schedules and complex or ambiguous requirements. Knowledge of project management and business analysis concepts and/or methodologies.
