Spokane, Washington – Sacred Heart Medical Center (SHMC) is a regional tertiary/quaternary hospital seeking to hire an inaugural program director for its new General Practice Residency (GPR). The ideal applicant will possess a passion for hospital dentistry and resident education and be able to demonstrate a broad dental clinical skill set. This is an extraordinary opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to design a hospital-based GPR from its inception. SHMC is committed to providing the resources needed to ensure this program’s long-term success, including faculty support through the accreditation and resident recruitment processes. Priority will be given to general dentists with previous experience in hospital dentistry but interested specialists are also encouraged to apply. - Doctorate Degree, DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
Field of Study: Dentistry
- Certificate of completion from CODA-accredited dental residency
License: Required: Washington State Dental License
Valid DEA certificate
Current BLS and ACLS– Healthcare Provider (must be AHA accredited) or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Washington State Moderate Conscious Sedation permit or obtained within 90 days of WA state licensure
