Description:

Rooming patients and getting them settled in the room

EPIC charting, health history

Administrative paperwork per physician

Answering phones

Scheduling appts

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent customer services

High attention to detail

Managing a workload

Healthcare experience

EPIC would be super ideal

Surgery scheduling experience is also ideal, but not required. Strong scheduling experience overall is required

HS Diploma

Medical office and scheduling experience (EPIC or Nextgen familiarity)

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
