Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. The Assistant Nurse Manager assists the Nurse Manager/Director with unit operations and management duties as assigned. Position Summary:
Minimum Requirements:Previous experience preferred
Registered Nursing License, State of Washington; Current AHA BLS certification or obtained during the first week of orientation; Current AHA ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of date of hire; Current AHA PALS certification or obtained within 6 months of date of hire; Current TNCC certification or obtained within 12 months of date of hire; Current Moderate Sedation certification or obtained within 6 months of date of hire
