Compensation for the Customer Relations Assistant
- $20 - $22 Per Hour DOE
- Monday -- Friday, 8 am -- 4 pm

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Assistant
- Provide excellent customer service to our wholesale customer base, as well as additional retail consumers
- Receive and process incoming customer orders via phone and/or email
- Work with customers to resolve any invoice errors or problems with delivery of product
- Communicate with customers regarding product shortages, substitutions, expected fill dates, etc.
- Assist in coordination and preparation of outgoing shipments to wholesale customers
- DOT Compliance management
- Work with leadership to develop a retail program for walk-ins and online sales
- Help with special events
Various administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Customer Relations Assistant
- Must have strong typing and 10-key skills, with both speed and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in QuickBooks or experience with DOT Compliance a plus
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- High level of organization, time management, and arrange priorities to maintain efficiency
- Self-motivated and resourceful with minimum supervision
- Ability to work well with co-workers in a team environment
Able to learn and maintain information related to our product, customers, and vendors
