Administrative Support Specialist - Now Hiring!
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (in office)
We are hiring for an Administrative Specialist to support our Spokane Valley, WA office! In this role, the Administrative Specialist will perform a variety of office administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence and reports, processing mail, telephone and in-person reception, filing and more!

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
Must have the legal right to work in the USA
Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
Knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background
Must have customer service experience
Previous recruitment experience is a plus!
