Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and contract administration support to the Harrison Hospital project staff in Sliverdale, Washington.

Essential Functions

  • Respond to telephone inquiries and/or directs calls to appropriate individual.

  • Drafts correspondence and prepares a wide range of documents, reports and/or presentations.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and contract administration.

  • Physical and/or electronic file maintenance.

  • Promote Customer and Community Relations.

  • Foster Positive Culture, Leadership and Employee Development.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma required.

  • 2 years of experience in a general clerical office setting.

  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, scanning, databases, and presentation software email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)

Preferred Requirements

  • 4 plus years experience in a general/clerical office setting.

  • Commercial construction industry experience preferred, but, not required.

  • Local candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
