Gensler’s Seattle office was established in 2000 to provide services in architectural and workplace design to the Puget Sound Region. Our clients include financial services, professional services firms, corporate and regional headquarters, advertising, retail, academia, museums, and transportation.

Our Seattle office is looking for a Studio Coordinator who is able to juggle the day-to-day operations of the studio as well as manage meetings, events and initiatives throughout the office. Candidates should be well organized, thoughtful and service oriented. In addition, candidates should be able to take ownership of tasks and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through in a dynamic environment.


  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in an administrative capacity

  • Experience working with consulting/strategy/brand

  • Adobe Suite/In Design experience a must

  • Experience managing multiple calendars in Outlook

  • Microsoft Office experience a must

  • Proficient in booking complex travel

  • Proven attention to detail, with excellent organizational and technical skills

  • Must be able to determine priorities, take ownership of tasks, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through

  • Established success working on multiple tasks/projects as the same time

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the firm, clients and subcontractors

  • Must be able to work overtime on an as-needed basis
