Amazon Sr. Product Manager Tech, Amazon - NAS Salesforce Team in Seattle, Washington

The North America Stores Salesforce Team is looking for a smart, motivated, and hard-working Sr. Product Manager - Tech to help implement and maintain a new Salesforce instance supporting Retail teams. This is a high visibility project building a net-new Salesforce instance for one of Amazon's largest businesses. In this role you will help define the long-term vision of how Retail can use Salesforce to improve productivity and operate more efficiently. You will use your business judgement and technical experience to design and build compelling new products for thousands of internal customers in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Own business requirements and partner with the Salesforce tech team for all aspects of the US Retail Salesforce instance such as integrations with internal tools, data quality, and system configuration.

• Partner with other system product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.

• Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.

• Manage Salesforce support requests and any escalated needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to challenges and business support issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
