Insight Global Sr Loyalty Analyst (Marketing) in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

  • Leads analyses for Mileage Plan program initiatives, including new product or feature launches, product or market tests, and historical data analyses to support recommendations.

  • Performs complex analysis to inform optimal program design and structure decisions.

  • Manages the analysis and preparation of business reporting in conjunction with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Loyalty Accounting on the monthly loyalty Profit and Loss (P&L) (e.g., forecasting, identifying resulting variances, conducting analyses, and formulating recommendations).

  • With minimal direction from leadership, mines for customer insights and recommend optimizations across lifecycle programs, offers and channels to grow guest loyalty.

  • Models and forecast costs of loyalty offers, elite benefits and incentives in collaboration with loyalty principals and develops reporting to track performance vs. forecast.

  • Develops and implements forecasting tools, commercial and operational dashboards leveraged by operational managers, channel/product owners and vendor partners to manage the business.

  • Develops reports, PowerPoints, and dashboards on an ad-hoc basis to support the business as assigned.

  • Proactively drives analysis to inform annual budgeting and planning.

  • Analyzes data for new and maturing product/service initiatives and conducts competitive benchmarking.

Skills and Requirements

o 4+ years of experience in data analysis or financial analytics roles within aviation, e-commerce, technology, hospitality, marketing, or a loyalty-related area.

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or Technical Degree (Engineering), or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.

o Strong communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening) with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.

o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

o Proficiency in database querying or business intelligence tools such as Structured Query language (SQL), Alteryx, Toad, Tableau

o Advanced in Excel and able to work with data analysis tools, statistical/reference formulas, and pivot tables.

o Detail oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently.

o High school diploma or equivalent.

o Minimum age of 18.

o Must be authorized to work in the U.S. o Knowledge of loyalty program and co-brand credit card mechanics.

o Demonstrated ability to have significant impact on products, services, or financial performance with data-driven recommendations.

o Detail oriented in the delivery of work product and identifying idiosyncrasies in guest-facing experiences or inconsistencies in data sources.

o Experience tracking and reporting on financial and operational performance of consumer-facing products or services.

o Proven ability to gather, prep and blend data, then present complex data sets in a compelling and concise format. null
