----Job Description---- Job Title: Chief of Staff Location: Must be local to WA state, 4-5day onsite requirement (Bellevue) Who You'll Work With At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology. What You'll Do • Chief of Staff role to Senior Director (Product org) • Running the teams Rhythm of Business, driving alignment between teams on priorities, executive communications and presentations, ad hoc support for operations (head count tracking, financials) • Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly • Establish and maintain rapport with key account decision makers and influencers • Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control, and progress reports • Ensure high quality of deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction • Ensure and oversee launch of fully-functional deliverables on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope What You'll Bring • Complex Business Management/Chief of Staff required • Background in project / program / portfolio management required • Familiar with Agile delivery methods, highly organized, self-starter • Fast paced, dynamic environment • Prior Telco preferred • Independence and Judgment - Strong ability to work independently with little manager oversight, and exercises exceptional judgment when interpreting issues, problems or opportunities. • Manages Ambiguity - Highly effective and efficient in situations involving uncertainty or lack of information.
