The newly created North American Stores (NAS) Marketing & Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our new and exciting team.

NAS Marketing is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales and innovation across e-mail and push campaigns across North America Stores (NAS). You will be responsible for developing manual and semi=automated campaigns in support of cross-category campaigns and seasonal events. As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with our Tech and Central Automated Marketing teams to influence the testing roadmap across audience, creative and personalized content.

Key job responsibilities

• Research audience and identify key audiences

• Design annual email and push marketing strategy and campaigns based on audience analysis

• Establish goals and KPIs

• Partner with stakeholder teams and creative in determining and organizing email and push campaign content.

• Use email segmentation to send curated content to specific audiences.

• Track conversion rates and related revenue from campaigns.

• Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.

• Use performance insights to create and set up new automated push and email programs

• Partner with our Tech and UX Design teams to develop testing roadmaps

• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and push

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

  • Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
