Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of workforce management solutions for our retail client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on creating efficient and effective workforce strategies that align with business objectives. This resource will own the roadmap and development for tools in the WFM space and align on needs and prioritization. A key responsibility will be doing the assessment of WFM integrators to compare providers and see which have the solutions to integrate best into their CRM. This person will be cross-collaborating with the existing workforce management team, insights and analytics, data delivery, system architects, and the retail workforce management team.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager

Experience with Verint (preferred), Calabrio, IEX WFM and Genesys as a forecasting and scheduling tool in a contact center environment

Experience supporting international workforce management strategies.

Strong collaboration experience across multidisciplinary teams and system integrators.

Stakeholder management experience Experience with WFM tools that integrate with Salesforce CRM (open to integrating with Dynamics or other CRMs) null
