This Manager position provides technical and administrative management of assigned laboratory area(s), including microbiology, hematology, chemistry, test collection & distribution, and/or laboratory information systems & billing.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.
This position requires a Bachelor degree and MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent.
5 years progressively more responsible laboratory management experience.
Proven proficiency in financial management.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources.
Also requires demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.
Preferred: Advanced degree.
