Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Life Sciences Recruiter who can successfully source, attract, and hire professionals across a variety of specialties within the life sciences industry. This role requires an individual skilled at forming and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, a strong understanding of life sciences, a talent for recognizing potential in applicants, and the ability to stay organized and motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with high-quality life science professionals through various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking events.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain a thorough understanding of their hiring needs and business objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, assessing their abilities, soft skills, and culture fit.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Maintain a large and diverse candidate pool, ensuring an effective balance of available talent for the respective client needs.

  • Stay informed on latest industry trends, market intelligence, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.

  • Provide continuous feedback and communication to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the life sciences sector.

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • A keen understanding of the life sciences industry and the roles within it.

  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to identify top talent.

  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
