PEMCCO, Inc. is accepting applications for an IT Help Desk Support Specialist for Charleston, SC; Mobile, AL; and Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will travel to various customer sites to perform technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and/or software. This is a part-time, on-call position. PEMCCO will accept resumes from 10/11/17-10/25/17. Essential Functions Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions at the customer site. Provide administration and support of PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
