Job Details

Our Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for researching and resolving customer complaints, responding to customer and travel agent concerns, providing information and customer input into operating units, and administering corporate policies.


  • Make cases in Siebel for all mail, e-mail and faxes that are sent to Guest Relations.

  • Process and send cards for all guests who were medically disembarked.

  • Process and send acknowledgement cards to all guests who send letters.

  • Assist Guest Relations Reps and management with data entry projects.


  • Strong organizational skills

  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Familiar with Polar, Word, & Excel applications

  • Understanding of Holland America Line product and corporate policies

  • Proven telephone communication skills
