Are you interested being part of a team that helps shape and drive a new Era of Building in the Cloud with Generative AI on AWS? If so, the GenAI partner enablement manager (PEM) is the role for you.

The PEM will work alongside our internal AWS AIML teams, including service, product marketing and our partners and partner development teams to identify the most important trends and topics in the AIML landscape, and build a robust content and resource repository to support our partners capability development and customer engagements. This person will be focused on creating the mechanisms, tracking, and monitoring of assets across a range of topics and targeted at different personas.

To be successful in this role you have to have to be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment, have a passion for learning, an ability to work backwards from our customer and partner needs, and knack for inventing and simplifying complex process’ and systems.

The PEM sits in the broader AIML Industries & Partner Solutions Center of Excellence (I&PS COE), which is responsible for the the AWS end-to-end global partner strategy to grow in targeted Industries and Services through differentiated partner solutions built on AWS.

Key job responsibilities

-Build and manage an AIML partner content repository

-Work with AWS partner and field specialists to understand customer needs and adoption challenges and identify the resources available to support partner capability and solution development to support those challenges

-Support our internal (AWS partner organization) and external (AWS partner channel) communication strategy to drive content engagement

-Identify and test new initiatives that drive efficiency in content development and management through repeatable, scalable mechanisms

-Define and track the content engagement and development metrics, reporting, and benchmarking process, to enable effective evaluation of performance and indentification of “what’s working”/”what’s not working”

Basic Qualifications

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of program or project management experience
    • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
    • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
    • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
    • Prior Sales experience working with C-Level Executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
