What you’ll be doing…
The Dev Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer experiences and projects that support the strategic growth of Tableau’s Product Development team. In this role, you’ll partner across teams to deliver effective customer engagements at trainings, internal conferences, and facilitated team events. You’ll contribute to a cycle of continuous improvement in program and project management including optimizing training workflows (resourcing, registration, and reporting), data collection and tracking, scheduling, and administering customer communications. This will be a 5-month temporary position.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include …
Ensure team operations efficiently support high quality end-to-end customer experiences.
Provide excellent customer service and use a freakishly friendly approach when managing and resolving conflict to ensure we build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Efficiently identify and resolve customer requests or issues with effective escalations.
Propose solutions and workflows based on project or program requirements.
Coordinate tactical and strategic projects by reporting on status/needs to ensure successful and timely project rollouts.
Document and manage lists of action items from planning or review sessions.
Meet regularly with key stakeholders as well as periodic meetings to review team needs.
