We are expanding our Landscape Division and currently looking for qualified candidates to immediately fill our 4 open positions.  The positions available will be part of a landscape team. Promotion to Crew Foreman is based on the ability to show knowledge, strong communication skills, leadership qualities and strong attention to detail. All candidates should have some knowledge of the equipment and procedures involved with commercial landscape maintenance. (Mowing 21"-36" walk behinds / Trimming and pruning of shrubs / Trimming of lawns and weeding of beds) and Construction landscape work (Irrigation systems / Drainage / Plant knowledge and all aspects related to landscape construction within the industry.  A candidate that shows proven leadership and organizational skills, accountability, reliable and have a motivated work ethic can be selected as Crew Lead.  A 60-day review period policy will be applied to all newly hired candidates.  Crew leads will have a much greater responsibility, higher expectations and will oversee a landscape team. Crew Leads must have an acceptable driving record, clean and neat appearance and the ability to verbally communicate, building key business relationships with company management as well as our customers on site property personnel and staff.   All candidates encouraged to apply with resume and personal references.
