The Office Canvas team sits at the intersection between design, productivity and intelligence. We’re looking for talented engineers to push Word, PowerPoint and our graphics and intelligent services into new experiences.

We’re looking for skilled, passionate engineers with experience in building, maintaining, and validating systems. We need those who understand that the most interesting problems are solved in our whiteboard discussions, that great code is the icing on excellent design. Experience working in an agile engineering organization is a major plus. You will work together with other software engineers and will be expected to deliver production functionality from design through development, validation, deployment, and adoption. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications for this position include:

• BS in computer science, or equivalent in related technical experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of software design, development, and shipping experience is required.

• Proficiency in C++, C#, or Java.

• Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

• A passion for unit testing, telemetry and test-driven development.
