Our team is looking for a Program Manager to direct end to end efforts for PCI certification with deep understanding of other commercial and enterprise certification regimes including ISO and SOC. The Program Manager will aim to streamline processes, compliance scope, and audit engagements across multiple Microsoft Online Service’s offerings. This individual will also manage supporting new services through PCI certification and the periodic recertification effort at a global scale. PM’s on this team will work to gracefully meet our obligations today while reimagining how we build hyper-scale infrastructure to ensure trust and transparency. This requires working across dozens of engineering teams, while understanding the requirements and capabilities of the compliance and security teams. This includes coordinating and completing external audits with our auditors. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • BS or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • 5+ years of program management, consultant, or compliance experience

  • 5+ years of experience with PCI audits

  • 2+ years of experience with a compliance program that supports ISO, PCI, SOC or SOX

  • 2+ years in security and compliance in a cloud environment

  • Demonstrated experience delivering cross-group projects and driving change

  • Highly effective communication and collaboration across teams

  • Track record of high-quality, self-directed, timely execution, and attention to detail Technical expertise
