The O365 Core team is looking for a Program Manager who is obsessed with driving a modern engineering system that focuses on industry leading practices and tools to provide safety and agility to the thousands of engineers making continuous updates to the O365 service.

You will design and manage to it’s delivery a completely cloud based change and build quality validation system that leverages the massive scale and capabilities of the Office 365 software and hardware systems to Microsoft engineers and 3rd parties to deliver changes to all Office 365 services (mail, documents, communications) at speeds and levels of safety never experienced at Microsoft.

Candidates should have:

• Strong technical program manager background (at least 3 years) with a proven track record in developing and shipping software or services; experience with shared platforms or services is preferred

• Background in data mining with a demonstrated ability to use the data to influence and drive decisions regarding customer facing experience is preferred

• Demonstrated collaboration skills that require influencing peers and leaders to embrace best practices and align to engineering goals
