Furthermore, we're looking for someone who can swiftly immerse themselves in our technical product and play a pivotal role in executing previews, establishing demo environments, driving process innovation and learning initiatives, and fostering collaboration across various azure teams to produce comprehensive documentation. Key projects: * Working with Support team to identify support documentation and support cases. Candidate would drive products with projects in talking to customers, running processes that the team would need to run the business smoothly Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: * We're seeking a dynamic technical writer with a knack for product/project management and sharp analytical abilities. This role involves diving into support cases to identify recurring user issues and devising strategies to streamline support requirements through enhancements to both public and internal documentation and troubleshooting guides. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, collaborating with project managers and developers to gather relevant information, and meticulously updating, reviewing, and publishing documentation. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required * 3-4 Years of Previous Experience with Technical Writing, Project Management, and Technical Project * Degrees or certifications required: * Computer Science background and degree is a huge plus * Disqualifiers: No Experience around technology or technological skills then candidate won't be considered.
