Summary of Duties

The Instruction & Classroom Support Technician 2 organizes all large animal instructional labs within the Veterinary Clinical Sciences teaching program. Assist students during lab and surgeries and provide pre- and post-op care as needed. Additional work may be assigned in support of Veterinary Teaching Hospital and Clinical Instructional Services.

Position Qualifications

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree with major study in specific instructional area; or equivalent education/experience.

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences or equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a teaching/laboratory setting.

Experience working with large animals, including restraint experience.
