Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stone Mason Apprentice. This is a hands-on role that provides the opportunity to learn the trade from experienced artisans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and fabrication of stone products.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Operate machinery and tools necessary for cutting, shaping, and finishing stone.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in on-site installations under supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in learning the stonemasonry trade.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
