ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE COURTS Certified Professional Guardianship and Conservatorship Program Staff in OLYMPIA, Washington


POSITION PROFILE


 

Implement the authority granted by GR 23 to the Certified Professional Guardianship and conservatorship Board to regulate and certify professional guardians and conservators in Washington State. Provide staff support for education requirements, investigate grievances, analyze and review application information for those that wish to become certified professional guardians and conservators.  Independently performs professional legal work in the Administrative Office of the Courts under the laws and policies regulating Certified Professional Guardians and Conservators.

 

Manages participation of diverse stakeholder groups in development, implementation and evaluation of significant, high-impact changes to judicial programs, court processes, practices, and staffing to improve the efficiency/effectiveness and integrity of court operations as well as enhance consumer experiences and outcomes.

This is a senior professional level job that works with minimal supervision and applies independent judgment and decision making on complex, and highly technical, major projects. May supervise/review the work of other professional staff and support staff.
